Hi, I’m Brooke Larrabee, founder of Wellspring Health and Wellness.
My journey to health coaching began with my second pregnancy. I had always considered myself a relatively healthy person but when I was in my second pregnancy and not as active as at other times in my life I began gaining a lot of weight. I was shocked to discover I had developed gestational diabetes! It was a wake up call but also in a way a blessing because it kick started me on a journey of learning about nutrition and healthy living. I was determined to get this health thing figured out and not just for my own health but for the health of my whole family. Through diet and exercise I was able to reverse my diabetes and have a healthy pregnancy and in the meantime I learned a ton about ways to make my whole family healthier.
I particularly love working with women because I think as women we can often spend a lot of time taking care of all those people around us that we love while at the same time putting our own health and wellness on the back burner. My coaching philosophy is that healthy living should be fun, approachable, and social. I believe that small changes can make a big difference, and that every person has within them the ability to attain their vision of their happiest, healthiest self.
I’m excited to go on this journey with you and help you create a life that you love!
Be happy, be healthy, be well.
